Which job should AI take first?

Built by Raul Vecchione

Most businesses ask which AI tool to buy. The better first question is which job to hand over. List the jobs that repeat, put your own numbers on them, and the arithmetic ranks them: times a month × minutes each × the share a model could take, then × what an hour costs you.

The job on top is the first move. It is usually small, frequent and dull, and that is the point.

1.The jobs your business repeats

  1. Job 1

    how often it happens

    one time, start to finish

    loaded: pay plus overhead

    your estimate, 0 to 100

Blank rows are left out of the ranking.

  2. Job 2

    how often it happens

    one time, start to finish

    loaded: pay plus overhead

    your estimate, 0 to 100

Blank rows are left out of the ranking.

  3. Job 3

    how often it happens

    one time, start to finish

    loaded: pay plus overhead

    your estimate, 0 to 100

Blank rows are left out of the ranking.

2.Ranked by dollars a year

Fill in all four numbers for at least one job to see the ranking.

Every number here is yours. It ranks where the time goes, it does not forecast savings: the share is a guess until a pilot measures it. Nothing you type leaves this page.
